CHALLENGE:
Encouraging student engagement with residence hall leadership
“Camp Hall Council” is a promotional poster created for Ohio University’s Housing and Residence Life in collaboration with the Residence Hall Association and the National Residence Hall Honorary. The design takes cues from national park posters, particularly those by Anderson Design Group, using layered landscape illustrations to create depth and visual interest.
APPROACH:
Illustration and Hierarchy
The poster uses layered landscapes to create a sense adventure and exploration, to help visually communicate the event being advertised. Clear icons guide the viewer to key information, while typographic hierarchy ensures details are immediately readable.
